Rob Eubanks has opened a new hobby shop, WATERLOO GAMES, in Mechanicsville, VA. He has space available for gaming and is offering very nice discounts. I would like to say that I have known Rob for many years and have a lot of respect for him. In this day and age the opening of a hobby store with historical and non-historical stock is a real plus for us. Give him a chance if you have the opportunity. www. waterloogames.com

Dropped by have to give him 5 out of 5 for a new store. It was the cleanest hobby store I've ever been in.

I have been selling war games and other items since 1983.
I wish him the best of luck.
You cannot stock based on what you like to play. It is also poor stocking if you have to stock $1,000 USD worth of stuff, buying from the manufacturer just to sale $100 USD worth of stuff.
Be flexible. It is difficult to say how many distributors that I have had to deal with due to them going out of business. Same with manufacturers.

Best of luck.
