Their little, shallow draft boats aren't restricted to the narrow channels. 1NM should be the minimum stand-off distance for vessels from a hostile country. Come any closer and they should be sunk. Even the Iranians should be able to understand that message. |

Lasers, heat-rays, and sonic weaponry should be able to deter ALL from coming within a nautical mile or two of our vessels. CIWS can deal with any that leak through by chance. |
