I must say I am not convinced.

The original photos are just superbly composed…..the best known one, just for that moment everyone was in the best possible position. Like the flag (re)raising on Iwo Jima, just perfect.

The crushed cap, with the stiffener removed, the cigar and the grin, all missing. The Malmedy sign is not yet dropped, probably held by the slung rifle, in the original. The driver, a much more "even featured" lad than the weird looking chap modelled. His windscreen broken. The whole subject is recognisable, obviously….good modelling and great painting.

But for me it lacks that Wow factor.

No, nothing wrong with posting, Tango.

Well worth showing. Frankly I think this shows great, great, skill, very badly applied.

I see our Prime Minister in the top picture, dressed as a homeless bag lady, as seen in Central London….but no one who looks like the iconic photo in The Bulge

Agree with deadhead.

Also
-Both standing figures and the Schwimwagen kinda float on top of the base/diorama
-The standing figures have dry looking boots while standing on a clearly wet road.
-They also don't seems to have any mud or anything on them
-Do leftmost figures (riding and standing ones) actually have the same head?

But like said, extremely well painted. And a great idea!
