thanks. I have probably tripled the cost of the basic models with the figures, styrene, stowage and machineguns bought as extra. But it was worth it in my opinion. |

Don't feel bad about the cost – for some of us, the modeling part of the hobby is more important than the gaming. Love these. Would you mind telling us what the last couple of highlight colors you used, were? I just can't ever get that faded green look to come out like you did. |

So just add +1 to the Front armor rating making it 16 and the Side armor is unchanged except that it's now 16 vs. HEAT as per the rules for ERA?

Would you mind telling us what the last couple of highlight colors you used, were? I just can't ever get that faded green look to come out like you did. I thought about it long and hard, eventually I decided to try a pre-shading technique. It a black basecoat and you highlight selected areas with white. Then you apply a thin layer of the main color, here Vallejo's Green grey 886. You need to keep it light otherwise you lose the pre-shading effect. |
