Good luck you trying to find an M20 in plastic.(I suspect on its way to Indochina?) Many a store illustrates the box top, but click on it to purchase….universally out of stock. The Hobbymaster diecast is just as scarce. I did get their M8 and did an upgrade on it…..but cannot find an M20. Resin just sounds like very hard work on every single componenet. |

I know what is like when you need something specific like that. Even worst if you need it for a game you are putting on soon! Let us know how the hunt turns out or what you end up doing. |

Tonight I gave up. You inspired me. Hang the cost, never mind the quality (repaint and much external stowage, plus crew, will hide a multitude of sins). Got a Hobbycraft M20 on eBay……if, unlike my Heller M4A2s, it does ever get here of course! |

Go for it Deadhead. I will post something on the Fields of Fire forum, when it comes to fruition. If you want I can send you some stowage. Contact me on profpate@gmail.com Regards John |

Mine arrived yesterday. OK, it is crude in places. The 50 calibre ring goes very wrong towards the back, but, faced with carving it out or adding some stowage to conceal….you can guess. The fun was drilling out the driver's hatch. Heart in mouth, after spending so much on a model the size of a matchbox. But it worked better than I could have hoped. New open hatches, replace the headlamp guards, couple of matelots, nice 2eDB decals from Braille Strike….one day it will be done. Rochambelles first, with their Dodge ambulance, though! |
