Hi I've just got the rules and am trouble figuring out how I can use Howitzers. (I bought them in PDF and always find back and forthing more confusing when not in book form.) Indirect fire seems straight forward. But they also say you can use them in direct fire. So using a light Howitzer, for example, does the chart mean it has a direct fire range of 48? Also under Pen it just says HE. Does the gun have the same Pen as when its firing indirect? |

Direct fire range is 48". Few howitzers had AP rounds. So use HE. |
