Does anyone have any idea who made/makes such a figure. I have one but I cannot recall where I got it from. It may have been Warlord but I cannot find it on their site. HELP! |

Brigade Games makes one that comes with their Portuguese colonels, IIRC. Maybe he's that one? link |
