Has anyone used these for 15-18mm figures? Quality?

Can't speak to their quality, but they seem to offer a lot of flags, and they look very good online. I might order a few selections from their Span-Am War range just to see for myself.

The 28mm flags are very good indeed. I cannot speak for the other scales though.

I have purchased several from Addo's online site and found them excellent quality plus postal service. He also offers unusual items in 28 mm like Mameluke flag/Middle guard flags etc .

Yes I use them, and will use them again, they are good quality and the right balance in their size, look at the Hessian Hanstien regiment, here I used an Adolfo Ramos colour, also very fast and reliable service.
The only draw back, he should increase his ranges.

I ordered some Adolfo Ramos in 20mm and the flags are fantastic. I love the 28mm flags he does and I think the 20mm are just as good.

There is only one 1804 French Line Infantry flag, and ONE legere, unless I'm reading the site wrong. And the legere flag does not have silver discs in the corner wreaths. I made that same mistake when I made these flags back in the 1980s. There are only 11 1812 model French infantry flags.

I do like the shadow effects he uses. But there are not near enough flags to be useful.

Widowson -- from the main France (1804) page, click on the line flag and it will take you to a page where you can choose the scale (15mm) and regiment (1er-126eme). The same is true of the Legere (1er-31eme). Thus, each flag on the main page (1804-1812) represents the category of troops (Line, legere, dragoon, etc.).
