I've seen it, but it seemed way too "gingerbread'y." Also not waterline. There are better options out there.

Old Glory shipyard make some very good options. Most plastic models are more 10mm scale. Most wooden models are too pricey. There is an oop Harriet Lane out there somewhere that is 1/124 scale. There is a plastic Constitution that is long enough to stand in as a steam sloop after you step in a funnel.

For riverboats, seriously consider scratch building. After you get the low fretboard hull form, the only hard part is the paddleboxes.

Be sure to check out Stone Mountain for naval ordnance when you get to that stage.

Looks really nice and could be weathered up nicely.

I built one recently that I received for Christmas. I had put it on my list because I love the romance of the paddlewheel Mississippi steamboat, but I did not do it for figures at all.

I just put a 15 mm Old Glory 15"s Austrian Napoleonic officer on my steamboat. He hits his head on the top of the door jam. 10 mm or 12 mm would be better for that boat, but if you are not too picky, you could use it.

Lindberg's "General Lee" steamboat kit? Scale is 1/163 (so close enough for 10mm use. My local Ollie's ( a discount store chain) at Christmas had them on sale for $19.95 USD. They also had the kit that contains the Monitor and Merimac on sale for $9.95 USD, but in a very "different" scale. BTW, the Lindberg kit number for the Robert E. Lee is 70864.

Lindberg's "General Lee" steamboat kit is 22" (55.9cm) which would put the vessel in at I play put the vessel in at 5,500' long…… might be a bit over scaled even at 10mm
