I have an account on Osprey Publishing's website. I have tried to download epubs recently. No go. I can't log in any more. I've sent the repeated requests for assistance but it appears nobody is home. Is anyone else there experiencing this? The odd thing is I got a sale notice, so someone is sending those out. You'd think they would want me to be able to give them my money, but it appears not. Walt |

I'm in the same boat with you. Locked out of the account and only an acknowledgement of my request for help, but no help. |

@DJ Oops, I am in a time warp. Still it shows that their website is not as good as we would like it to be. Problems have been reported recently, like last month. |

I went through 3 emails and 3 accounts in order to get it to work. They apparently were overwhelmed and/or had a hiccup with the free e-books they offered these last few weeks. It did work again for me on the 3rd email address I used. The first two I suspect are lost to them in the internet ether. |

I found that you have to set the region on the top right of the first page ospreypublishing.com THEN go to the section you are interested in. Select the products and only then sign in. Key thing seemed to be setting the region – if it's set to the correct one, change it then put it back! Fixed it fir me but YMMV |

Same same. Also make sure your cart is empty before attempting to change regions. |

Same here. Tried for the first two weeks and then just gave up. Free stuff is nice to offer, but I'm still working during Covid and don't have time to diagnose why their site isn't working for me. To add insult to injury, the one time I got through to get a free item, it asked me for payment method for a 0.00 sale. It wouldn't let me skip, so I entered Paypal, and it took me to paypal and wouldn't let me enter 0 as the amount, so I had to put in .01. It then sent me back to the Osprey site which acknowledged the sale but wouldn't let me download the item. So I ended up paying them, and still didn't get it (yeah, it's just .01, but to not even get the item after all that rubbed me the wrong way). I appreciate the offer they made, and the intent, but I'm not working that hard for my freebie. It won't affect me buying items from them further (I actually placed an order on Amazon for the Osprey Normans book just today). |

Companies get sold on cheap I.T. solutions never knowing how much revenue they lose due to customers getting frustrated dealing with faulty software and deciding to take their shopping elsewhere. |

The semi-ironic thing is I wanted to take advantage of a recent sale.. I wanted to give them actual money, not leach freebies. Sale's over, I said the hell with it and went to Amazon and got something else. This is frustrating. |

I got all the freebies I wanted from 2-3 but I really wanted the Vikings vs Saxons from week 4. I got a message that I had gotten the e-book. I wanted PDF, but actually got nothing, after trying for a few days. Well, to coin a phrase, beggars cannot be choosey, so should be grateful for the ones I did get. |
