So what army lists have you made for the men who would be kings that were not in the book? Or Tweaks? I'm considering giving the Boxer rebellion a go? Any VSF? |

Is anyone out there looking into the French campaigns in Indo-China? The figures from Gringo40s look so good in the photos. |

I have made lists and played games for both the Boxer Rebellion and Indochina circa 1885. PM me to share my lists. |

I've made the following lists that are not in the book: Cristero Rebellion in Mexico 1926-1929 (Cristeros and Federales) Abyssinians (1868-1880s) How Few Remain (British and American), an alternative history novel by Harry Turtledove about a British invasion of America in the 1880s. Chinese Gordon vs. Custer US Invasion of Korea 1871 (I'm still working on the Korean roster) Pig War (US and British) (these lists are based on the actual troops available in the area) Russians (Central Asia) (I didn't think that the list in the book was historically accurate) I've not had a chance to game any of these lists yet. In some cases I don't even have the figures painted yet. But working on the lists is a fun alternative to worrying about what's going on in the world. In terms of rule variations, the biggest complaint in our games has been units getting pinned, rolling out of being pinned (their only action that turn) and then getting pinned again. We want to try a house rule whereby if a unit rolls out of being pinned it can do it's Free Action or can roll again to see if it can do a different Activation. |

Robert Burke Could you post your Pig Wars army lists? I was thinking of putting on a game using TMWWBK's or Rebels & Patriots. Thanks |

None, zilch zero. I like these rules. I like all of Daniel Mersey's rules. But I refuse to be bound by point systems and lists, when it's just fine to engage in good scenario making. |

I wanted a force to fight against the French Foreign Legion in North Africa so looked at the Rif Rebellion. The Rifs didn't have mounted troops so: 4 x Irregular Infantry (Fieldcraft) @ 5 = 20 2 x Unenthusiastic Tribal Infantry @ 2 = 4 |

We posted our club rule amendments for the American Plains Wars in the files section of the FB group. Now looking at possible forces for the New Zealand Wars, amongst several/many others. |
