Starting 3rd week of social isolation and to keep the boredom at bay, I created a document that connects all of the V1 Army lists with their V3 counterparts (where applicable) and posted it to the FOG 3.0 Resources page on my blog. If they were reduced to just an ally list, those are shaded light orange. Those that have been deleted are shaded grey. The list is sorted by the V1 Army Book. Let me know if you find any errors (including misspellings). Everything started getting blurry towards the end. I hope someone finds this useful. link |

I hadn't known that there was a V3! |

It has been out for over a year. Three army books instead of 13. Lots of subtle changes in the interactions and the points system modified to make superior, elites and armor more expensive. Caliver Books in the UK is the publisher and primary distributer but On Military Matters sells the books in the US. |

I was surprised to see they've got rid of quite a few lists, some of them not all that obscure (e.g. Lithuanian, Free Company, Xi Xia). Undoubtedly they've upset a number of a players whose favorite army doesn't have a list anymore! Perhaps even more remarkably, Russians are apparently only available as allies now. (They've kept Tupi, though, which I tend to think of as the poster child of a list that should have been left for post-medieval rules.) |

Uploaded a new version with some corrections. The Xia Xia could possibly still be fielded using the Liao list (I think). |
