Which is my way of saying that I've finally managed to progress some of the figures set aside for my alternate (read 'real') 13th Doctor project. All can be viewed in my latest post here:

AND there's a big pig as well…

Seems like you have made some good progress. Only one partial tray of shame isn't bad at all. Once you have a dedicated painting space you seem to accumulate several trays… grin

I also have a few Ur Ghuls primed and waiting on the painting table with some of the new warlord Dredd figures.

So… "make permanent hobby space" isn't one of the items on the list of things to do about the house?

I am lucky enough to have an entire room dedicated to crafting, and I still have little travel kits your Tray of Shame. There are some activities that simply can't be done in the craft room – using noxious glues, messy grinding and sanding projects, spray painting, etc. Sometimes they go traveling across country with me too, like for instance when I'm going to be spending a long period in the household of a geriatric parent who naps a lot.

Only a tray of shame, minor league stuff. Unfortunately I have crates of shame (about 10K+ unpainted), and I'm sure that I'm probably small fry compared to some out there grin

Unfortunately, being stuck on furlough for a couple of months has led me to make even more purchases (my poor credit card).

We should be so lucky as to have only trays of shame. Now is the time to work through our garages and offsite storages of shame!

I have a banker's box labelled "paint these next". After I finish the several figures on my desk, I'm taking down that box and starting to paint.

Thank you Huscarle for becoming one of the examples I can use when describing how small my horde really is in comparison to others. Your selfless service is deeply appreciated. grin

My pleasure Syrinx0, although I wouldn't quite call it selfless service. I prefer to view my hordes of shame as helping to keep the wolf from the door for a number of manufacturers. That's my story and I'm sticking to it grin
Good luck with your tray of shame.
