Hi,
I'm looking for a rulebook.
- I have some Black Seas ships (1/700)
- Less than ten ships per side
- Play in 2-4 hours or less
- We are noobs of naval wargaming
- I Will play only as 2-players game

I have heard of:

Kiss me, Hardy
Black Seas
Fighting Sail – Fleet action
Beat to quarters
Fight as She bears
Blood, Bilge and Iron Balls

Which one is best for me?
Any other suggestions?

At the risk of being accused of hubris, if you like Neil Thomas's One Hour Wargames my Age of Sail variant can be found here
link
(You will have to join the Group.io to get the file, but it is free).

I enjoyed the one game of "Trafalgar" that I played; not sure if is easily available.

@John Armatys – thanks for that link, been looking for some simple WW1 Naval rules and there they are!

I have heard that these are pretty good and not too complicated:
"It is Warm Work", Age of Sail Naval Rules, 2nd Edition
Available at wargamevault.com

Black Seas is a good bet and you already have the ships. Sort of dumbed down Age of Sail, but it works and gives you the basic flavor. Designed for the non-expert in the period. And you can stick with it or try some of the more hard core games if you find you enjoy the period.

I will second It is Warm Work, made for play at gaming conventions, simple rules that are great for multi ship napoleonic era.

Bloody Broadsides by Portsmouth Miniatures is my go to. It looks like it will fit your needs. Jeff runs it with noobs all the time at cons, games are 2-3 hours and easy to grasp with usually 4-6 ships per side.

Big fan of the new Oak & Iron game from Firelock games. 1/600 scale ships.

Thanks you all for the replies!
I prefer a rulebook that doesn't need a hex map.
A friend of mine has these rules that can lend me :

- Form line of Battle v3
- Fight as She bears! 2.1
- Blood, Bilge and Iron Balls

Which one Is Better for a two player game?

What are the major differences between v3 and v5 of form the line of Battle?

Have you tried any free rules posted on the web?

I finally fell in love with Admirals (War Artisan's Workshop). Unfortunately, I can't fully understand it ;)
