This is the HQ bugler of my NVA platoon. The NVA used buglers quite often to relay orders in the field. The figure is again from the Empress miniatures Indo China range.

Nice. I have read of bugles being used especially early on. The quilted jacket was common in the northern mountains during the French war but seldom seem in the American war. I wouldn't want to say 'never' of course. |

Which again shows that the makers have really produced some figures for French Indochina noticeably different from those of later NVA. Good for them….. Both he and the casevac medic are inspired. Yes , thanks….keep them coming! |
