"Inner Mongolia, whose title was changed to "Genghis Khan 732 AD" according to the Declaration of Independence on October 23, 1938, was crowned "Kunno" by the government and "Tokuo" by the Deputy Chief on December 28. He established the Mongolian League Autonomous Government. The Mongolian Federation Autonomous Government has established the Mengjiang Union Committee, which includes the Guanmin Autonomous Government and the Puhoku Autonomous Government, which are independent of the Wang Elite's Nanjing Government. Is chairman. Closely related to the Army's "Mongolia Army" stationed in Mongolia. In the "Nomonhan Incident", he played an active role in supporting the army along with the "Full Army".
