Not long ago, I jumped back into the Prussian army of the Napoleonic Wars, and I decided to raise the question: over the course of the wars, which Prussian regiments were the best?

One of the first regiments that spring to mind is the 18th (6th Reserve) Infantry Regiment, which won 33 Iron Crosses at Plancenoit.

Leib Regiment served well and I am taking it the East Prussian Jager Batt were like the 95th Rifles.

Two come to mind in the 1813 campaign.
The Guard Jager battalion distinguished themselves at Lutzen, capturing two of the villages.
The Colberg Regiment (2nd Pommeranian – 10th Line Infantry Regiment) distinguished itself in the churchyard at Grossbeeren.

I take it you mean the late Prussian army, 1808 onwards? Rather the early period Army of Jena, Auerstadt, Eylau, etc.

That was what I had originally intended, but I don't see why the discussion couldn't be expanded to include the pre-1808 army as well.
