Does anyone make figures (28mm) with the smaller round hats worn by the Associators?

Disco Joe12 Mar 2020 6:47 a.m. PST

Kings Mountain Miniatures makes figures where you chose what head sets you want for them in 28mm scale. I got them years ago and picked the Philadelphia Associators heads with the smaller round hats because I wanted that unit.

Here's their URL: kingsmtminis.com/catalog

I've not done business with them so can make no recommendations, positive or negative. Nor do I have any of their figures. The above link is offered only as a courtesy.

I've dealt with KMM for years and painted 100s of their figures. Great to do business with, and figures paint up beautifully.
Tell them the men from NE Pennsylvania sent you!

I have done business with the owner a number of times and he is a good guy to do business with. I highly recommend him. Thanks for providing the link to the site Jim.

Old Glory makes them.

William, I just went out to Old Glory's website and I didn't see them listed. What code are they?

KMM are the best.

Like 7thVA said, the men of NE Pa and one of us in SE Pa HIGHLY recommend them.

The Perry plastic Continentals have the option of small round hats.

The Kings Mountain head comes with a buck tail.

The command stand for my 1st Cont. Rifles might work. They are Perry plastic American Infantry with round hats. They are the guys in green jackets.

Old Glory Marines have the round hat.
That's just a nice substitute for "the real thing".
As is the Perry plastic round hat.

But Kings Mountain makes heads with round hat PLUS a bucktail. That's so Pennsylvania… ACW anyone? grin
KMM will sell you Continentals with proper Associator head, or you can buy the heads separately and do chop chop on Old Glory Continentals. I've done both.

42nd Pennsylvania Bucktails (13th PA. Reserves) I have those in 15mm. Freikorps 15 makes them.
