I am contemplating running the Peninsula Campaign over the next few months in 15mm using the excellent RFF, and possibly Pickett's Charge Rules, so at about 1:20 scale. I have spent a week crawling over the terrain so am reasonably comfortable with that already.
When I did something similar with the Shenandoah Valley Campaign, several TMP experts were kind enough to help me with unit strengths and weaponry of the various forces involved.
Is there anyone out there with a similar level of expertise for the Peninsula Campaign, and on into the Seven Days' Battles please?

A surprisingly dull response from the TMP community here I am afraid. Meanwhile my trusty researcher has tracked this down, which appears to be what I was looking for, and which I offer to the community for what it is worth.

Holdfast, keep the faith (but as you noted, TMP hasn't been the most interactive spot lately).

Holdfast,

The site you mentioned is mine. I'd add that near the bottom of the Seven Days page you linked are also rough draft, work in progress (that I will probably never finish) orders of battle for:
