Thanks for sharing. I´ll get the Osprey New Vanguard 273 Medieval Cannon. The date is odd though, 1326? Weren´t cannon used in the seige of Metz..1324?

It is widely thought so. The Osprey web site says this : "The first illustration of a cannon in Europe can be dated quite precisely to 1326." looking at the "Look Inside" on Amazon there is an explanation that there's a Florentine document of 1326 referring to the purchase of cannon and shot for the Master of Bombards. The author speculates that the existence of such a term suggests that there was a history that predates 1326 by some years (but how many ? who knows? Until a handy piece of parchment is dug out by a research student….. )

Ally Pally cost me over £100.00 GBP, basically because TT combat were doing special offers. I also ordered pre-release* Black Seas. *Because pre-order doesn't make sense.
