I drew mine using CorelDraw then printed them on a works A0 Colour Printer.

I then pasted them onto 5mm foamboard.

Not sure what scale you are shooting for, or your skill with image editing, but you can find quite a bit out there:

The Miniatures Page is always your first stop:

You can pay for files:

Or find free textures:

If you do not mind re-scaling things, you can find images and run them through something like GIMP to get what you want. Say:

I downloaded a bunch of stuff back when the internet was useful, but I probably won't be able to find it all now.

Take a look at the various files available at Genet Models/Ebbles Minis. The Module Core is a good place to start, but there are more, including props like furniture and consoles, scattered elsewhere on the site:

Ebbles used to have a game called "Guncrawl", which was a Space Hulk-esque set of rules that came with printable corridors and paper figs.

Ebbles is now genetmodels.com and the game is on the fun stuff page.

Guncrawl had no walls, though; it was good for props and doors. Look closer at the Fun Stuff page and go to the Free Stuff page, and you will find the Derelict II mega set, and Module: Core, among the archives of models.
