After much figneting (new word) about on the keyboard and registering an old email address with Photobucket I managed to extract some old pics of a unit of Wargames Foundry Franks I painted up a while ago. The pics are especially relevant as I'm about to enter into a new project that involves the same forces, though not the same range of miniatures. They are not painted in what is normally my style, though I am very pleased with the results- albeit from a while ago. You can see more close up pics on my blog here: justaddwater-bedford.blogspot.com/2020/02/speed-painted-franks-rescued-from.html Here are a couple of tasters:

I remember these well. I didn't….. lol If I hadn't been trying to get into my files at Photoshop they would have remained, at least in my mind, forgotten :>( Fantastic Franks! There are so many great Foundry ancient ranges. I 100% agree. Even though I sold loads of bare metal WF Franks recently, I've rediscovered them, so's to speak and they're so good I'm about to buy some more!! Bonkers? Yep…. but aren't we all in this hobby?
