Hi everyone I submitted an on-line order for Spartans (about £100.00 GBP) through the Wargames Foundry website about 10 days ago and I've heard nothing since to say my order has shipped. I've emailed a couple of times and phoned the customer service line a couple of times, but I've got no reply. Is this normal? I live in the UK so I had expected the order to be dispatched in a few days. Has anyone else had problems recently? Thanks, Ian |

I ordered a few months ago from the USA. It took about 6 weeks, with multiple emails unanswered. I got everything, but it was slow(I regularly order from Perry and Modiphius, which usually make it to Texas in a week is so), and there were no updates. I think that this is standard for Foundry these days. Pretend that it is 1997, and give yourself plenty of lead time. |

I live in the UK and the last few orders I've made, for Darkest Africa stuff, arrived in a few days. One order arrived before the email saying it had been dispatched arrived in my inbox. |

I have ordered many times from Foundry. They rarely contact or answer emails but I always get my stuff. Sometimes it is fast and sometimes it is slower but I always get my stuff. |

Foundry has reliably delivered each of my many orders large and small. Delays in February are likely attributable to their participation in three shows in February as listed on their website: 2nd February 2020 – Vapnartak, York Racecourse 8th February 2020 – Warcon, Ghent 15th & 16th February 2020 – Tactica, Hamburg Hopefully your parcel will arrive soon and the agony caused by the delay and lack of communication will fade as you enjoy the figures. |

Really awful company for comms. I've never had a reply about orders, or some queries I had. So I don't order from them now. Arrogant and poor service. |

I have never had any problems, ordering from Missouri in the USA. I imagine the trade show issue is a big one many times of the year. |

I ordered from Foundry last year – small order took about six weeks. No communication, but it arrived. I make sure to use Paypal, so I have the option to dispute if the order doesn't arrive. Pretty much, I agree with Condotta – the minis are good and they do arrive, in time. Just seems that email is a concept beyond their ken. Keith F. |

I've never had any issue. Fast and reliable. It's not next day delivery, but always with me within two weeks, usually half that. They are slower when they have loads of shows. |

Thanks for all the great feedback. It is strange that they are so poor at customer service. This is my first order with them, so I'm probably a bit more nervous about it than I would be with most companies I've dealt with. I'll give it until 21 days after the order, as per UK shipping advice, before escalating further. |

Never had a problem with any of my Foundry orders. No idea why they rarely answer emails; perhaps they just don't have time, they get lost in their spam, etc. It would be nice to receive an order acknowledgement & shipment notification, but at the end of the day, it's not critical. I would rather they spent the time getting the orders out than replying; but I remember the days when I had to order via snail-mail with a postal order or cheque, so I'm a little more forgiving. |

Foundry is pretty well known for being good at fulfilling orders and not so good at communication. I've always gotten my stuff from them, usually several weeks from UK to the U.S. But I do understand it is frustrating to have your emails go into a vacuum while you're waiting. A simple shipping notification email from them would help immensely! |

I think part of the frustration is that because of their size and longevity, the expectations are that the staff will be glib and answer emails etc. I know another part time operation which figures I wanted badly enough to email repeatedly for over 6 months before I finally got both an answer and my wants and desires fulfilled. Baranovich is right that an automated system would go a long way to making people feel secure |

For the record, about a week after I made a recent order, I did get an email notifying me that my order has shipped. |

Just made an order during their recent Leap Year sale weekend and they sent me a dispatch email when the order went out. Took 3 days to get my order. |
