I hope this is the right area for this AAR, WW I + Scifi?

We tried out Tripods and Triplanes last Monday. Al umpired for the night and the rest of us had fun! if you've played Wings of War/Glory it's easy to pick up. For our first game we limited the forces just to see how the Martian rules worked in conjunction with the original Wings of War ones. The Tripods are pretty hard to knock out but that said the vagary of the damage cards can balance that, one Martian going down to MG damage and an Explosion damage card.

I have the original game, before Ares took it over. Is this compatible with the original game? Might be a good way to bring all the aircraft I have sitting around out of the closet so to speak.

Hey Thomas yes your original planes will work with this ‘expansion'.
