I found out today (and to my surprise), that AMAZON does not accept Paypal anymore. This was initially my reason for ordering with them. As most of you will know, also Warlord Games has done the same thing. I wonder : is this the first BREXIT troubles creeping in ???? |

Can't imagine what Brexit would have to do with Amazon. More likely trying to damage a competitor, or squeeze PayPal for better terms, a cut, whatever. |

I assume you are talking about amazon uk, is that correct? Are you sure that it just wasn't a glich in the ordering system? As far as warlord, it might be that in any dispute PayPal will side with the customer, and maybe that is their issue. |

I find that odd as the past few orders with Warlord have been via Paypal (like within the past 2 weeks). |

You can use your paypal account to pay for things on Warlord Games, although I don't know if they use the paypal direct payment system, like for example you'd use on ebay. As neither Amazon or Paypal are UK owned or based I suggest this has little to do with recent political events. |

PayPal is a rival to the amazon checkout system. So it's obvious they won't support it. And its absolutely nothing to do with brexit. Why on earth would it be? |

Warlord switched their site to being hosted by Shopify. Shopify costs extra to use payment vendors in lieu of their built in credit card system. I assume that is why they dropped PayPal. |

I tried to use it for an order with Warlord today and it wanted me to either create a PayPal account or sign in using my PayPal account which I don't have any. It never use to work this way before. I use to be able to use PayPal as a guest so something is definitely off. |

Amazon is cutting alliances with anyone or anything that does not completely kowtow to their desire to dominate the world marketplace. I am very much in favor of capitalism, however when one company becomes a vertical and horizontal monopoly that is another thing. Likewise their concern for employee safety and well-being is documented to be a poor record of concern or even compliance. |

I can confirm that we now offer PayPal payment option again, after having been removed at the end of last year. It has been back available for some time now for all but UK Pounds and we finally found a solution to offer it for UK Pounds payments as well, a few weeks ago. In regards of Disco Joe's issues, we have received a couple of reports of this in the past few days – you may have sent one of those messages? – and we have offered an alternative solution that would still make PayPal payment available.
