Hi all, ive been hanging on to a handful of these BUM pieces from the "nationalist army" set that comes along with various of their recent products. A bunch of them are in these "chambergo" hats (see link below, not a great photo but the pieces in question are in the bottom left corner.)

Im at a loss of what to do with them. Seems the foriegn legion wore them in Africa butni havent seen a photo of any in the scw. I guess the condor legion sometimes wore them, but a lot of the figures have beards… wondering if any of you have ideas. Perhaps headswaps, or casualties, or just the trash heap… thanks!

That is true, i have a pack from Bandera labeled as Thälmann Battalion that all have the hats. I have added some of these BUM pieces to there for a later Int Brg project. In terms of the nationalists they were sold as though, i dont know
