Mirliton has some in 28mm as well. You could also go with LOTR Elves from GW if you don not like the Warhammer aesthetic; however, the "Aelves" are now being released to replace the old Warhammer Fantasy High Elves in Age of Sigmar.

Thank you all. I saw those new AoS elves. They look great but I'm not sure I want get a second mortgage to buy GW minis :D
