What do you guys use to distinguish Headquarters stands in Spearhead? I'm a visual gamer – any great/practical ideas that you've seen? |

Jeeps, radio trucks, officers looking at map tables, motorcycle despatch riders, maybe the odd MP. Higher level HQs get more stuff. Armoured units get Armoured command vehicles of an appropriate type. |

For my infantry I put an officer and radioman plus I use a different number of figures than for the rifle units |

I make the command stands round and all the infantry stands rectangular, makes it easy to see on the table. |

Circular bases. Why didn't I think of that? Perhaps octagonal for engineers? |

I do the same as Bashy. I also mount support weapons, FOOs etc on circular bases. Anything on a square base can move and fire, circular can only fire halted. |
