I grabbed the new Blood on the Risers campaign from THW for a co-op game this weekend and wound up playing a second time solo. I'm enjoying the solo gaming and bloging.

Very cool, thanks for sharing. I love how your group of figures came together in the game -- very Band of Brothers! I especially like co-op gaming with NUTS. If you get the NUTS Compendium you can add lots of optional "flavor" to your games, like adding Civilians that can appear as a resolved PEF. In a co-op D-Day game we played a PEF resolved as French Civilians, and using the add-on "Chocolate & Cigarettes" rules we talked to the Civilians (using the "Interaction" rules) and the result let us resolve another PEF on the table which turn out to be a minefield. |

The campaign itself has custom reinforcement tables that are used throughout the scenarios to resolve PEFs and reinforcement rolls. It scales up the results as the game goes on representing both sides organizing further as time goes on. But I will certainly check out the compendium for my other games. |
