Would appreciate some suggestions for the above. Not over complicated but give an enjoyable game.

I use 'Kiss Me Hardy' from Too Fat Lardies. Excellent fun rules without too much complication. Highly recommended.

Great game, a minimum of errors in the appearance of the armies, a decent terrain – I am delighted)))

What kind of help do you need?
Flags for both white and reds I sell. Absolutely accurate historically. You can order if you wish.

Unfortunately, my store is currently not available for technical reasons, but you can download the catalog with photos and price lists here:

I believe Warhammer Historical's Trafalgar was designed with 1/2400 scale ships in mind.

You could almost use 1/2400 sail on Wooden Ships and Iron Men board. The rules aren't bad and give a good game.

A mash up of wooden war ships and RCW!
