Here is a selection of WW1 vehicles from Mark Bergman's excellent set of STL files. The scale is 1:285 (6mm):

Making your own has to be fun and rewarding

Bergman's models are quite good and I've had great luck scaling his smaller models to 10mm (my preferred scale) and his larger models all the way to 1/56 on my Form 2. Great stuff.

Me too, I have been scaling up to 10mm as well for the Korean War. That guy is a treasure to the hobby.

Ah, good to hear that TGerritsen. My printer is a Form 3, from the same stable.

There are other types of resin printer available, such as the one reviewed most recently on Little Wars TV. About 1/10 the cost of a Form 3:

Monk-I was tempted to get the 3, but even with the trade in discount they were offering, I just didn't have the spare cash. Did you have a 2? If so, how does the 3 compare in your eyes?

The 2 has been fantastic, though, so I'm pleased at the prints I get.

I didn't have the 2 first, no. There were other reasons for me to get the 3 but the 2 is perfectly good for this sort of thing. I am not surprised you have been pleased. The quality of the prints is superb. Plus everything is so self-contained, which makes working with resin so much easier (and no fumes).

Ive got 2 Elegoo Mars, an Anycubic Chiron and 2 Ender 3s and a wonderful collection of Bergmans files. I'll never buy another AFV lol. 3d printing is so incredibly rewarding

I'm in agreement with Warmaster Horus. I have an AnyCubic Photon and an Ender 3. The toys I can make are simply fantastic, and M_Bergman is indeed a treasure!

Great link, Don. Good reviews and some nice examples of what is possible.
