Rubicon Models had announced a new project to produce the British Centurion Mk 5 and Mk 5/1 main battle tank for the Vietnam War era. These are the two prototypes of the tanks. For more images, here is the Facebook link: facebook.com/rubiconmodels

Enjoy!

Very nice. I am curious about scale. Seems as though the Empress and Gingo40 figures are closer to 1/48 scale than 1/56. So how will these work together?

They don't, but some people don't mind mixing scales unless the models are the same type or in the same platoon. So having Centurions in 1/56 and M48's in 1/48 isn't so bad.

And you won't have too many vehicle types on the table at once. Maybe M113s and some kind of tank. Standing larger figures next to a 1/56th vehicle may look a bit odd though.

Lurvely!

But I hope they do a late model too. A Mk XIII would be really good.

Neat tanks! The Cent has been a fav for awhile.
