Yes, but the reason the A9 goes through there is the same reason the battle was fought in that place: it's an important communication route. And the are working at limniting the damage (following Jim's link): link |

Back to the review. I'm not sure whether the fault is with Anton or the book but both sides of this are essential Scots. To label one side as Scots is wrong. x42 Edit:- My preferred sides would be rebels and Williamites. |

The only foot regiment there that is English is Hastings on the right flank, the book is very informative and well done. |
