I have been waiting to pick these guys up since before Christmas when I first saw them. So as soon as they became Available I put a order in. They arrived safe and sound a week ago as of yesterday, so straight to the paint table went the first six man recon group.

Tiger stripe camo all the way I'm afraid, ERDL is possibly on the agenda for the next batch when I get around to them but I was itching to try tiger stripe.
So thanks for looking

Sensational. Never seen Tiger Stripes better done.

Be sure to view at max magnification and esp see images 8 and 10 for the details that went into the patterns.

Not tempted to give one or two some face paint…ie stripes? I appreciate the problem of course is that the cammo becomes so effective that you cannot even see them in jungle terrain.

Worth saving some of these images as a masterclass in how it is done!

bracken for the win with Vietnam era LRRP's. Great job my friend. My 1/35 Dragon LRRPs don't look half that good. TIG

Sorry for the late reply guys, life as been a bit full on for a few months now.

mghFond thank you it's much appreciated

deadhead, thank you very much. Your encouragement is always welcomed and very much appreciated. The tigerstripe was actually pretty easy to paint which surprised me. ERDL is another matter and I am looking at giving it a go at some point. The stripes on the faces didn't even cross my mind to be honest, but it's still early days and I have another set to paint. So watch this space as they say!

TIG, thank you my friend. I keep looking at bigger scales so this maybe a watch this space also.

Colonel Bogey, thank you. I did enjoy painting theee guys even if the rest of my Vietnam collection as stalled.

Thank you Oiler72 they are simply stunning little figures.

Thanks again guys, your comments are always warmly welcomed and very much appreciated

Cheers for now Russ
