Alas the Red Cross is an anachronism for Napoleonic times. I would move the axle forward also.

But the lettering cannot have been easy…and works really well. Nice model. Any idea of the maker or is it scratch built?

looks like a first world war waggon, I was under the impression that the waggons looked different in the Boney period and that also they were not painted in the French "artillery" green.
