We are returning to the Butler County Fairgrounds for Cincycon XI Show Dates are March 6-7-8 If you are running an event please go to our website and get registered as a GM. Also please get your event entered as soon as possible so everyone can see it in our events listing. Remember if you get the event registered before Feb 15th you will receive a FREE Weekend Badge! If you are planning on attending as a gamer and would like to take advantage of all of the FREE benefits that Pre-Registered Guest enjoy, please get on our website and complete your registration before Feb 15th. Just wanted to note that for our out of town attendees the special Cincycon Hotel room block closes Feb 13th. Please do not delay in getting your rooms booked.

Enjoyed Cincycon when I attended, shame it is the same weekend as the Games Plus miniatures acution in Illinois and the new con up in the Detroit area. Good luck, keep 'em rolling.

I was asked by our Volunteer coordinator to send a reminder message out that we offer FREE weekend badges to individuals willing to help with set up and or tear down. Please see the Volunteer Icon on the left side of our website page. And as always GMs also gain a FREE weekend badge for running events :)

Just wanted to remind everyone that our Convention Hotel block closes out this Thursday 2-13. After Thursday any remaining rooms will be open to the public at the normal hotel rates. Don't miss out on our great discount… get those rooms booked! We have posted a picture on the front page of our website of this years limited convention figure. We are still filling in our super heroes and of course our never ending Pig theme :) cincycon.org As always, Pre-reg and GMs all receive a FREE figure. Copies will be available for sale at the convention front desk. See you all in 23 days, 9 hours, and 10 minutes!
