All,
Does anyone know EP (Eric) Turner personally? A few weeks ago, in response to a question, he encouraged me to send him pictures and a price for a collection of Border Reivers. I complied with his request that same day. He has however not responded to that initial message or follow ups. Even to say "thanks but no thanks". I find it odd and wonder if all is well.

Nick, seems he's been traveling a lot lately for work.

Nick;
I do profoundly apologize. II thought (in my mind, anyway) I had responded to you, then Jeff said you were trying to get in touch with me and that tipped me off that I had not.

I'm on Orders for my Guard unit and we've been rather overwhelmed with a major inspection, a Brigade Change of Command, normal drill weekend stuff, and the specific project that I have been on Orders for, all at once.

I do beg pardon, your figures are wonderful, but I just can't justify the expense. I'd say you are asking a fair price, I'm just in the middle of a LOT of stuff. I'd recommend anyone interested take a look, they are proper Reivers and well done.

I hope this posting gets through. I'm on the road and the BOQ I'm in seems to not like my computer.

All the best. I'll follow up when I get home.

Cheers;
Eric
