Gentlemen:

Looking for either the information or recommendations on where to find:

Ideally for 45 Commando, during 1995 but I'll be grateful for any "cold war" era information.

The Organization (and nomenclature and call signs if possible)

To include "Normal" attachments: Royal Artillery Battery, Royal Engineers Platoon (Troop?), signals, assault craft units, helicopters, and/or logistics elements that would be normally available for expeditionary operations off the HMS Ocean.

Thank you!

Hi

Not my period so I'm of little help to you.

I do have one fact which might be of interest to you and that is 45 Commando is pronounced 'Four, Five Commando' and not 'Fortyfive Commando'. Subtle but important to some.

You might find some useful information if you check out operations in the Falklands War. It's a bit earlier but many of the operational arrangements will be similar.
