We prefer to use the old 40K scale Familiars as G/Deamons. Which are a about 12-15mm tall. We think the G/Ds that came out with SM2, the 25-28mm G/Ds are too big for Epic. Of course I've never met a demon and don't ever want to. So I have no idea what "real" scale would be ? huh?
