Very nice. What manufacturers are the figures? I see a some Copplestone's. Are there converted Zulu's in the mix?

The vast majority are Perry Plastic Zulus (picked up cheap on eBay) with some ham fisted green stuff conversions added to make them look more like Ngoni. The baggage train has Dixon and casting room Zulus in it.
