I held my annual naval mini-campaign on Saturday. This year's game covered action in the North Sea at the end of 1914/start of 1915. The game used 1/2400 scale ships from Panzerschiffe, the tactical rules were Battleship Captain from Minden Games, and the operational rules were my own homebrew. This was also the first outing for my new naval gaming mats.
Once again the players thwarted my efforts to have a multi-battle campaign, but it seemed like everyone enjoyed the game. You can read the whole story on my blog: link I hope you enjoy the recap. Dave seanavalgazing.blogspot.com |

Another fun day Dave, even if I was on the losing side. Still waiting for the Board of inquiry report. |

Perhaps a quick look at the section in the Gran Fleet Battle Orders pertaining to the employment and positioning of destroyers would have been a handy read sometime before sailing :) |

Always good to see a bit of Naval played, whoever commanded the British Light Forces would be in a court martial though ! Regards Ken The Yarkshire Gamer |
