Made a small order of AB Miniatures ACW on the Thursday afternoon before Christmas and received it the following Tuesday, Christmas Eve. Excellent service. Tom, I couldn't agree with you more! Rob, at Eureka USA is the Best at serving his customers in this hobby. There are a couple who run a very close 2nd. However in all the years I've been a customer Rob has been tops hands down! |

I agree, Rob does an excellent job at customer service. His orders always arrive quickly and the few times that I have had any parts missing, he has replaced them quickly and without any hassle. |

Rob is a prince among men it comes to getting the troops on the road. A few years ago I was building a couple of light dragoon squadrons for AWI on the Southern front and a couple of times I forgot to order heads; I'd get a message from Rob, usually on the same day my order was made, we'd work everything out, and my soldiers would be in the mail without any delay. You can't beat that. LT |
