It's a survey done by a food canning and freezing corporation. People who respond to the poll are going to be biased by the fact that they were invited by Green Giant to participate, and possibly by the structure of the poll questions (most likely they will focus on their products).

Of the various canned and frozen foods, I would offer that frozen broccoli is the most like fresh broccoli, whether you like it or not (I do). There are a number of canned and frozen veggies I won't get because they simply aren't remotely related to the fresh ones. Spinach tops that list, and I am a big fan of fresh spinach.

I would guess this is a big underlying biasing factor.

I like pretty much any and all vegetables. As I was growing up everybody in my family had backyard gardens.
