I am scratching my head on this one…. I was rummaging through the parts box this morning and came across a little green packet that contained some 28mm WOR staffs made of brass and a couple flags and a banner that are photo-etched blanks. I cannot for the life of me remembering where I got these. I cannot verify that Citadel Six sends these with their banner product, and I do not remember ordering from them anyway.

Any clues?
