I'm looking for information about this prototype cannon that was apparently used in the Napoleonic era … I couldn't find anything on the Internet about it.

I would greatly appreciate any information.

It looks like a cannon version of Harper's gun from Sharpe

Interesting that this gun was actually used. According to:

link

several ones of this triple canon were cast. The barrels were longer than 4 feet (means at least 1,30 m, if the length of a French foot didn't change until the end of the century), and from each barrel a 2 pounder ball was fired.

When they were first used, in 1705, most of these guns "came into the power of the enemy".
