More funk and old school cool than an Isaac Hayes 8-track, on my blog: link On the flip, Keith F. |

Nice work. Thanks for the info on the figures. |

Those miniatures are funkier than 19 yards of chitlins, with onions and sardines on the side! Now, THAT'S funky! Love the Copplestone Soul Section! Used to be a TMPer named piper909 who did a good job on these and was rumored to have a not-Blacula miniature, but I never saw it. If I did, I would have coveted it very much. |

OMG, I've just realised that I MUST HAVE a Not-BLACULA miniature. :O 79th PA: Thank you – I try my best to link the sources, as I presume that someone reading might like to purchase the miniatures for themselves. Just seems like common courtesy to me. : ) |

Looks and sounds neat! I've seen some great looking minis for this. Of course, you know, you're going to need a "Mod Squad" force to compete with taking down the bad guys. Then, maybe an "Adam 12" set too. Ah, the joys of 8-Track sound. Never had Isaac Hayes, but did listen to Pat Traver's "Life in London" over and over, on a cross-country vacation trip. Think I had a Foreigner one too, to break things up a little. Great stuff!!! |

You need the Mod squad with peggy lipton!! |

And the chunky wakka-cha wakka-cha of the guitars. |

Thank'ee, Gents, for the comments. : ) Auld Wolfie: I usually play soundtracks from the 70's as background for the games. "In Search Of…" has a great variety from the various episodes, and when the music syncs up with the tabletop action, the players usually get all quiet and then say "ooooooooh". :D Thresher: I've never seen the Mod Squad (though that's easily remedied). They used more kung-fu/fists than they did guns, right? Russ: Ah, Peggy Lipton was quite the heart-throb. She first came to my notice whilst watching re-runs of "Twin Peaks". I think any decent 60's/70's mini would convert well, but I'd really like to find one with that 70's hair band – the stretch-poly one that women wore just off their forehead. Very elegant (if somewhat dated) look. Reminds me of the blonde mutant woman in "Beneath the Planet of the Apes." I'm sure Crooked Dice do a head swap that would work. Best regards all, Keith F. |

Sorry Keith, can't really say because it's been many decades since I've watched an episode. You could be right. Adam 12 uses guns though. |
