A pity they weren't dealt with the old fashioned way, in a highly publicized manner, as an example to others that might consider doing the same in the present, or future. I suspect that might have deterred at least a few, and is 100% effective at curing recidivism, for any lucky enough to get out of prison early due to overcrowding, or those soft on criminals who want to pardon them. |
