Many of you probably have heard that the actor René Auberjonois died on the 8th of December. link What I did not see in any obituary is the fact that is most relevant was here – he was a direct descendant of Joachim Murat and Caroline Bonaparte. link

'Treacherous priest'? I thought he was on the hero's side … oh wait a minute, that must be the loyalist view. Seriously though, I most entertaining actor who will be missed. Rest in peace. |

His character in The Patriot was a minister, Reverend Oliver. His role in M*A*S*H was a priest, Father John Mulcahy. I enjoyed both performances. Requiescat in pace. Rick |
