I'm looking to populate a 15mm wild west town.
I was wondering if some one could tell me if the Minifigs sets of 8 are the same two figures repeated 4 times or a variety of poses?
Also does anyone know where I might find some 19th century types in Top Hats? For Doctors, Mayors, Gamblers etc.
Regards
David

Have you tried Peter Pig, who has a wide range of 15mm Western figures, buildings and accessories that should fit well with Minifigs?

Old Glory 25s does a range as well. They are quite nice. It's an 18mm range.

I don't have any of the wild west minifigs but in other ranges of theirs when they show a pic of two poses that's exactly what you get repeated.

Hi Colonel I think the majority of my figures will come from PP. Just hope to collect a few more unarmed Towns folk.

The Old Glory figures are exactly what I want but their packs are so big it will more than I want to spend just to do some simple introductory scenarios.

Thanks Sigwald. That's what I was afraid of. I saw a link that suggested other wise so I thought I'd seek information here.

I believe Minifigs are all different.

Thanks Flashman. Have emailed MF and will post their response for future TMP and googling reference! :P

Yes they are a random variety. Which I'm guessing means you may get one or two repeats.

The Minifig civilians from the Old West range are great little figures. Peter Pig Western town folk are also smallish. On the other end of the scale are Blue Moon 15/18mm civilians from their Old West range. They are larger but they do have some gents in top hats. If you want a more posh crowd for your town and don't mind even larger figures, there's the Victorian Blue Moon London civilians from their Horror range. Now these figures have a pipe smoking doctor wearing a derby, several top-hatted gentlemen, ladies with wide brimmed hats and feathers, mill workers and children.

I have painted dozens of Victorian civilians so I can have them for all occasions. They might even find their way into WWI scenarios.

Cheers!
