I wanted to buy some samples to see if they might add to the cannon fodder, but a PM to Historifigs and an email to their website has elicited no response. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them?

If not does anyone have photos of the range? I understand they are, by today's standards, low on detail but that may not matter much if they are well sculpted. My brief Google search was unhelpful.

Cheers in anticipation

If you are referring to the original Scruby- designed Napoleonic range, these are actually 12mm figures (or 1/144 scale). Anatomically the designs are IMO excellent-- not overly bulky and well- proportioned. Detail on the earliest figures is minimal, but the later 1812 Russians and 1809 (helmeted) Austrians are much finer-- roughly equivalent to Hinchliffe's System 12s or Minifigs 2nd generation. I've found that these designs look great when painted using a black- priming technique (see Peter Berry's articles).

Mike has always been fairly responsive using sales@historifigs.com e-mail address. I just received an order from him last month and he was very good about keeping me up to date on the order's progress.

Thanks for the responses. I have sent another email to the above address. Hopefully mine are not going to a spam folder!

So no response yet, either to PM or email. Any ideas how I could get in touch?
